Service Description

Our initial Scar Therapy appointment is designed to restore mobility, comfort, and balance to areas affected by scarring. Using specialised manual techniques, we help to soften tissue restrictions, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing process. This appointment includes a consultation and assessment of scar. This treatment is suitable for a range of scars, including: • Post-surgical scars such as C-section, laparoscopic, or abdominal surgery scars • Post-injury scars • Trauma-related scars During your session, we can also perform a diastasis recti assessment to check for abdominal muscle separation — particularly beneficial for women with C-section or abdominal scars. Each session is tailored to your individual healing stage and comfort level, promoting improved tissue health, smoother texture, and greater freedom of movement.
